ALOO TIKKI RECIPE

The Indian snacks are usually delicious and encourage your taste buds. Snacks like samosas, aloo tikki etc. are commonly served in India. Bread recipes are mostly liked by kids

Cooking Time: 20
Servings: 2
Preparation Time: 10
Ingredients
3 large boiled aloo (potatoes)
1 tsp salt or as per taste
1/4th tsp ground black pepper

For filling:
2/3rd cup matar (green peas) cooked or frozen peas unfreeze
1/2 tbsp scrapped and minced ginger
1/4th tsp garam masala
Oil for pan-frying.
1/4th tsp salt or to taste
Red chili powder to taste
1tsp coarsely ground dry-roasted cumin seeds
Method
•Take the cooked or unfreeze peas and crush them using a spoon or a fork. Add all the filling ingredients apart from oil and crush for a short time. Break up the mixture into 10 equal portions and keep aside.

1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Tamarind Chutney
optional garnish - pomegranate seeds,chopped onion, tomato
oil for frying
3 peeled Aloo (potatoes)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Mint Chutney
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method
•cube aloo (potatoes) into a fairly large dice about - 3/4 to 1 inch cubes.

•Heat oil and deep fry potatoes, till golden brown and properly cooked through. Soak the oil through paper.

2 Big Potatoes (boiled and crushed)
5-6 Bread Slices
finely chop up Coriander leaves
Green chilies (chop up)
Red Chili powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, chilli and ginger Paste
Oil for frying
Method
•Add salt, chili powder, gram masala, Garlic, chilli and ginger Paste ,green chilies and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes, mix well

Gulab jamun is a dessert usually prepared at festive ocassion or major celebrations such as marriages, Diwali.


Ingredients

Take 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons butter -melted
Milk, just adequate to make the dough
Take 1 cup Carnation Milk Powder (This Powder is fat free milk that has been dried to a fine powder.)

Method
By mixing the milk powder, Bisquick(Bisquick is a trade name of a product that is the dry ingredents for basic baking), butter prepare the dough. Add milk to make medium-hard dough. The dough will be sufficient enough to be divided into 18-20 balls. Cover the balls with a light damp towel.
